Biography
Abdisatar Hassan Ali is the director of Human Resource Management at the Ministry of Internal Security of Somalia.
Ali, has experienced social development integration, public media awareness, and peace-making initiatives programs within government, international organizations, local (NGOs).
Under his leadership, he has successfully set up human resource strategies that align with the ministry’s objectives and significantly made improvements in the workforce institutions.
Previously, Mr Ali, worked with various departments of the Ministry of Internal Security, including the Director of Counterterrorism, Head section of Media, and public awareness of Public Relations department as well.
Mr. Ali is a candidate of public policy and Good Governance Master’s Degree, likewise, holds bachelor’s degree in political science and information and a bachelor’s degree in security studies and Criminology, also Holds Higher diploma in Security Institutions Management. Profoundly stands to provide a solid academic professionalism that would complement his tenure professional experiences.
